So glad to find a shop with its owner that genuinely care for your dog's well being and not just how they will look after the groom. My dog has malassezia dermatitis and also yeast infection. After every grooming I can tell that my dog doesn't itch and looks like he's feeling much better. Shawn will always apply additional vet approved products for him to ensure he gets better. There'll always be a "debrief" after each session to inform me if they spotted any skin related issues. Shawn also knows a lot about dog behavioral problems and has answers to them which is really helpful.
It's very different from the other shops that I've been to. Most shops will just PR with the owners and ask how they like their dog's look after the groom.
After seeing some horror videos online on how some evil groomers groom pets, we can't be sure what's going on behind the curtains. We can say most of us don't have the luxury to stay throughout to view how groomers groom our pets and also it might not be advisable to stay since our pets will be too excited when they can see us which can make grooming tough. Having said, it's always a bonus to know you're leaving your pet in good hands of kind and pet loving owners.
If you haven't tried this shop, I sincerely recommend you to give it a try at least once.

I found D.O.G on Google while searching for dog groomers near me and I have to say the level of service provided for my boy is phenomenal! Staff were really friendly & even provided me with some advice and tips after. I left feeling glad he was in good hands. A couple of days later they contacted me saying they actually had a little photo opportunity with my boy and sent me the photo on WhatsApp. I wasn’t even expecting a photo and I was so pleasantly surprised! ☺️ thank you for looking after my Simba!

Shawn is very patient and loving with the dogs and we are fortunate to have lived in the radius of area his shop serves.
He and his colleagues treat our dog with utmost care - not just cleaning but also checking her body conditions and letting us know what we should do to improve her health.

Easily the best groomer we’ve visited over the years! we brought our pup to D.O.G as she has skin issues, and we saw improvements just after 1-2 sessions. what impressed me the most is that they are the only groomer who pointed out issues like overgrown nail quick etc to us owners who may not already be equipped with such knowledge. and whenever they do, they educate us out of professionalism and genuine care for the furkids, WITHOUT any hidden agenda to upsell any sort of service or products.
The amount of effort and love the team has shown towards our pup since day 1 is what makes us go back to them repeatedly. for a dog who hates being away from us, our pup excitedly leads us to the shop every time. this itself speaks volumes!

Through a friend I get to know D.O.G. Had been sending my paw Creamy (Bichon-poo) to D.O.G for 3 years, the groomers are very professional. Will always make my paw comfortable and shower much love even before starts to groom her. Creamy is so comfortable with the groomers n build good relationship with them, always feel at home. Shawn n Shermaine will give feedback n advise as how to care and watch up for any signs of allergy, bacteria/yeast infection or anxiety issue Creamy may have. Hello! would like to come on here and share the experience i had w shawn and his team! my dog, blake, has been having skin issues for the past 3-4 years and we never knew what was causing it. we went to multiple doctors and groomers but no one could help :(
some time last year, i stumbled upon D.O.G's instagram page and saw that they specialise in treating skin issues that seemed very similar to what blake had been going through. Needless to say, im very thankful we chose to try the medicated bath treatments and have no regrets in bringing him to them.
Blake has shown tons of improvement in terms of his skin and his mood has changed drastically(not so agressive) !! Very surprised that blake loves shawn and his team cuz he usually bites other doctors and groomers.. (first time seeing this 😆)
If you are looking for groomers for a cute cut for ur dogs or to help treat their skin,, try and give them a go! they were really the light at the end of the tunnel for us.. We are extremely grateful and thankful for all of their help!! They will patiently explain and answer any of the queries you may have too!! You can really tell that they are passionate about this and care for the dogs like their own.

My doggos are very comfortable with Shawn and his team of very caring and loving groomers and have been utilizing their services for about a year.
Their service is really great and they constantly give us tips and advice to provide better care for my dogs based on their skin condition. They will recommend treatments that ACTUALLY WORK which is the best part too.
The shop is nice and clean, and I love that I get to see their groomers work on my dogs rather then them being brought away to the back where I cannot observe their interactions.
Would definitely recommend!

Highly highly recommended D.O.G. I’ve brought my 10 month old puppy to them a few times now and the level of care they provide to my puppy is truly commendable. They would even send me pictures during grooming to keep me updated and share their expertise on how to maintain my puppy’s fur. You can tell that the owners truly care about the dogs wellbeing. There’s no other groomer I trust but them. Thank you Shawn and Shermaine for such excellent work always!
